Seminar fee includes seminar materials, 2 refreshment breaks, admittance to continental breakfast, luncheon, and the networking reception. Registrants MUST hold an NAFTZ membership in their name to receive the member rate. Registration and full payment must be received and paid in full prior to seminar entrance. A confirmation email will be sent as registration is processed.

Sample Program Schedule from 2010 SemniarThis year's Seminar will contain 3 tracks of presentations:
- FTZs 101— A track for those new to the FTZ program or interested in refreshing their knowledge of the fundamentals of the Foreign-Trade Zones program. More information will be available shortly.
- Grantee/Marketing — A track geared specifically for Grantees, featuring sessions on ASF, Export Benefits out of a Foreign Trade Zone, and Foreign Direct Investment.
- Operator/Users — A track which hones in on the key operational concerns to keep your zone in compliance. This track will feature sessions on Export Classification, FTZ Automation and more.

The Westin Michigan Avenue is the official hotel for the Spring Seminar. Call 1-888-627-8385 to book your room in order to receive the NAFTZs discounted room rate of $169/night. The cut-off date for our room block is April 21, 2010. Once the room block is full, we will not be able to help you get a room. Sorry.
sponsorship opportunities Given the high level of interest, we encourage you to reserve your sponsorship today. Last year we had over 160 attendees and 11 sponsors. This seminar is a great way to get your name out to clients and drum up business. FTZs are becoming a hot commodity as new companies look for ways to save money. Advertising with us will help you take advantage of this new market. We will begin accepting sponsorships on Monday, March 15, 2010 at 12:00PM ET. If you would like to sponsor, please send an email to: Jconstantine@naftz.org to reserve your sponsorship. You will be required to sign a Sponsor Rules & Regulations form. A deposit of 50% of the total sponsorship price will be due 30 days from the original invoice and the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to the start date on April 23, 2010. If we do not receive final payment by this date you will forfeit your deposit and we will resell the sponsorship to another company/organization.
