Seminar fee includes seminar materials, 2 refreshment breaks, admittance to continental breakfast, luncheon, and the Grand Opening Reception (Sunday & Monday). Conference fee includes 4 refreshment breaks, 2 continental breakfasts, and 2 luncheons (Tuesday & Wednesday) Registrants MUST hold an NAFTZ membership in their name to receive the member rate.

hotel information
The Loews Miami Beach Hotel is the official hotel for the Annual Seminar/Conference & Exposition, and has extended their room block rate until August 23rd. Click here or call 1-877-563-9762 to book your room in order to receive the NAFTZs discounted room rate of $215/night + tax. The cut-off date for our room block is August 23, 2010. Once the room block is full, we will not be able to help you get a room.
sponsorship opportunities
Given the high level of interest, we encourage you to reserve your sponsorship today. Last year we had over 345 attendees and 28 sponsors. This seminar is a great way to get your name out to clients and drum up business. FTZs are becoming a hot commodity as new companies look for ways to save money. Advertising with us will help you take advantage of this new market.
You will be required to sign a Sponsor Rules & Regulations form. A deposit of 50% of the total sponsorship price will be due 30 days from the original invoice and the remaining 50% due 30 days prior to the start date on August 13, 2010. If we do not receive final payment by this date you will forfeit your deposit and we will resell the sponsorship to another company/organization.
