My friends, this is the last Zones Report of my term as Chairwoman.  I’ve been writing these letters to you for two years now, and we’ve accomplished a lot in those two years.

• Virtual conferences and educational programs with record attendance and revamped content
• New member orientations for everyone to learn how to get the most value out of their NAFTZ membership
• Engaging content including improved email communications and updates to the Zones Report to be more referenceable and shareable
• Aggressive engagement with social media with the creation of the Social Media Task Force to focus on sharing about NAFTZ online
• Steadfast advocacy including virtual “visits” to the Hill and Administration officials to ask for measures to ensure the success of FTZs
• Proactive fiscal management of association resources through the challenges of the global pandemic
• Professional association management with the addition our new President who holds a Certified Association Executive credential from the American Society of Association Executives

There has certainly been a lot of change to our Association during my tenure as Chair of the Board, and I believe the NAFTZ is stronger than ever and ready for what comes next!
