Wayne Lin is the Senior Director of Global Trade & Supplier Compliance at Floor & Decor. This team is responsible for all import compliance activities, such as product HTS classifications, duty/tariff management, broker management and Foreign Trade Zones, as well as upstream supplier and product regulatory compliance, including social compliance audits, Lacey Act and EPA TSCA Title VI. Prior to Floor & Decor, Wayne held various roles in freight brokerage and is a Licensed US Customs Broker and a Certified Customs Specialist.
