Each Year the National Association of Foreign-Trade Zones (NAFTZ) designates a local charity to support in conjunction with our NAFTZ Annual Conference & Exposition. With our 2024 Annual Conference being located in heart of New Orleans - discussing FTZs and All that Jazz - NAFTZ is honored to partner with The Roots of Music.

The Roots of Music* is known as an organization that empowers the youth of New Orleans through music education, academic support, and mentorship, while preserving and promoting the unique musical and cultural heritage of New Orleans.

Your gifts have a significant impact on musical educational efforts. Every dollar counts. Join NAFTZ in our goal is to raise $5,000 before the end of September 2024.

“Walk, Run, Support"

Please join us in giving back to the New Orleans community! Get involved! Make plans to join our 5K run/walk and capture the actions you are taking in support of the cause. There will be challenges throughout the event so be sure to recruit your family/friends to run/walk/crawl or simply support the cause online even if you aren't able to join the early morning festivities. Whether you recruit a team to participate or donate directly, we can’t thank you enough for your support and for helping make a difference in our host conference community.
